Elkhorn Economic Development Alliance (EEDA) and the City of Elkhorn have partnered to offer a grant program for the purpose of promoting exterior building improvements to existing commercial and retail properties in the City of Elkhorn.
The EEDA and the City of Elkhorn believe property owners are a vital component to the success of the redevelopment and economic revitalization efforts in the City of Elkhorn.
